Action Items

• Open HMIS Core Schema - Tony had sent out latest version of the MySQL schema. Bob asked, for the Open HMIS schema, whether the ERMaster .erm file is sufficient for sharing with the team? Rodger said that it is good enough for now. Eric and Tony will review the ERM for any issues. Rodger said that if there are any issues, we'll need to update the master spreadsheet and the conversion script as well. Bob: before he can give the .erm and a graphic of the schema to Dave and Eric, the Pathways team needs to sign off on it. Rodger said that the next week (friday) the .erm/schema should be finished by the Pathways team, then Dave and Eric should review next after that.
• API update - Eric said search bugs 21/22 squashed and verified by Beini (Ouyang). Eric had have also, since last meeting, squashed client/update client/get issues 19, 20, and 23. He said he needed to upload changes to cloud server and get Beini’s verification that they are fixed. The API that was implemented was working fine, and Eric thought the next step would be to implement bed occupancy APIs in a way compatible with current table structures for occupancy. Eric requested the tables for occupancy. Rodger asked to know if the tables concerned are already in HMIS Core. Bob Lenhard responded that there are two tables involved: occupancy tables and bed inventory. Bob committed to get them to Eric.
