AttendeesBob Lenhard, Beini Ouyang, Eric Jahn, Tony Zhang Action Items- Open HMIS Database core schema: Bob Lenhard reported that he has created an updated ERMaster .erm database schema design file, and generated an image file from it for human viewing (.png) file. Bill Matson asked Bob to upload these to the discussion forum to make them publicly available, but the forum would not allow the .png to be uploaded due to its size. side note: the forum was also requiring Bob to designate a minimum of two categories for his post, when it should only require one, so that is something which needs to be fixed. This has been made into new issue #29 in the issue tracker: http://code.google.com/p/openciss/issues/detail?id=29 ?. The team discussed how the built-in mercurial repository on the Google code site is where versioned files of any type (source code, docs, ERD images) are stored. Tony had some questions for Eric about checking code into the repository. Tony will work with Bob to get his ERD update checked in and attributed to Bob. Eric added Bob to the code site as a “committer” (the rest of the team is already registered).
- Open HMIS API: Eric reported that no work is currently performed/scheduled for the API.
