Attendees:Tony Zhang, Rodger Huang, Matt Meng, Bob Lenhard Action Items:- OpenHMIS Database: No report.
- OpenHMIS Reports: As the second OpenHMIS report was finished, Bob sent a list of 52 HMIS reports to Tony. Tony had started the third report, Client Status, and did not yet know when it would be completed and ready for testing. The team discussed recent Google cloud enhancements, which allow most client software to connect to the cloud. Tony planned to see if the new release solved connection pooling, sub-reports and stored procedures issues (documented below).
- OpenAPI: Matt and other Pathways staff planned to use output from recent focus groups to determine which API calls and methods would be developed first. After that, requirements would be developed, followed by research and design work. Matt developed an API overview presentation for use when developers would meet with project stakeholders to define the scope of the first API implementation (a joint effort between Pathways, Techbridge and Accenture). Matt previewed the presentation for OpenHMIS developers, who provided additional input.
- Recruitment: Matt had scheduled a discussion with a volunteer who wanted to help implement the OpenAPI. Matt assigned a project to him, documenting the source control system. Matt and Bob planned to meet with the developer to give him a technical overview of the OpenHMIS project.
