Attendees:

Tony Zhang, Rodger Huang, Beini Ouyang, Eric Jahn

Action Steps:
  • Open HMIS API Status: Eric reported that existing program/shelter/occupancy API documentation is finished: http://goo.gl/5R5Ga . He also mentioned that Sterling at 360Works’ PHP API client is finished. Eric asked if we should check in this code to the repository. Rodger responded that he will check with Bill on that. Eric mentioned that he had to clear out most of the Cloud SQL database’s client table, since Sterling had added a lot of repetitive records, and wanted to keep the number of records low. These new records were keeping his predictive search app from predicting the names, since some of the new records were invalid or missing something. The API should catch and reject that, but we haven’t debugged that. The task Dave had for Sterling of giving payload validation errors in the response would help with that, so the developer could correct any issues. But the API should also reject this. So, we still need to work on two the API items assigned to Sterling validation errors in API response update HUD schema namespace before the 360works contract time period ends, June 30 Rodger responded that he will talk about these items and the previous authorization/release doc with Bill, and they’ll decide what our priority is with those items.
