Action Items: - Procedure and responsibilities for updating the OpenHMIS ERD diagram on the Google Project Repository. Eric sent tony instructions to do an upload and Tony will perform one. Then Tony will to teach Bob how to do it himself. Thank you Eric!! Bob will add his changed ERD’s as new versions of Eric’s original ERD.ERM and ERD.PNG.
- Check-in status of Bob Lenhard’s schema revision to repository. The path 1 diagrams will be moved to the main repository and renamed (it is not clear who will do this). Bob will work on the Path 2 ERD. Among the suggested changes/additions are: -- Provide for Audit trail. -- An intermediate table for Race. -- Shorter names. -- Boolean data type for fields that will always have only 2 states.
- Open HMIS API Client Authorization requirements docs. Eric has almost finished this. He will upload either today or Monday.
