Action Items:

• OpenHMIS Database: No report.
• OpenHMIS Reporting: Tony finished the first Jasper report and began work to deploy it. He has also started to work on the second report, a data export. Issue List: Cloud SQL does not support DB connection pooling, so we need to customize reports code to support this limitation; we need to figure out how make report works with sub reports.
• OpenAPI: Matt had started to review API source code. A decision must be made about how much of the original code can be adapted or re-used and how many methods should be written from scratch.  Matt will review existing code for adaptability/usability.
